Dr.
F. Chamorro Garces, Permanent Secretariat of the National
Commission for UNESCO, pledges his full support to the B.I.O.
international campaign for the enrichment of the Olympics
with new biocentric values, including the revival of the cease-fire
during the Olympic Games. The Olympic cease-fire is adopted
as a UN Resolution in 1993.
